Base paint for covering nicotine, crayon, water, rust, soot and burn marks.

Base paint for blocking nicotine, water and rust stains on ceilings and walls in living and guest rooms and in vaulted cellars. After complete drying, can be painted over with emulsion paints such as ReiColor Wall Paint DM-12.
